Dean has spent nearly two decades in customer-facing work and a decade in learning and development, teaching real skills to frontline teams in the Philippines, Japan and the United States. He designed a training curriculum for frontline staff and leaders across six programs and eight departments, and as a global trainer ran programs for five US-based brands at once, with 95%+ training satisfaction.
He builds courses the proven way: training needs analysis, ADDIE and 4MAT design, adult learning principles and Kirkpatrick evaluation. Today he is also executive assistant to the CEO of a century-old luxury textiles house known worldwide, and the mind behind DBL Nexus.

How much do classes and programs cost?
Our first classes and programs are being set up now. Send an inquiry and we’ll tell you the price, dates and format before you decide.
How do I pay?
We send a secure Wise payment request, so you can pay by bank transfer or card. Learners in the Philippines can pay in pesos via GCash or Maya. Paid classes and programs are paid in advance to confirm your place.
Are classes online?
Yes. Live classes and Free Talk run by video call, and self-paced modules are online, so you can join from anywhere.
Can you train my team?
Yes. Custom programs are shaped around your team, your customers and your standards. Tell us about your team in the inquiry form.
Do you guarantee results?
No. We teach practical skills and give honest feedback, but results depend on your practice and your situation, so we don’t promise outcomes.
