We collect only what you type into a form, and use it only for the reason you sent it.
We never sell your data or add you to any other mailing list.
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details at any time: support@dblnexus.com.

Who we are

This website is run by DBL Nexus. DBL Nexus is the trading name of the individual developer shown as the seller in the app stores. Contact: support@dblnexus.com.

What we collect

Waitlist forms (iSurvive, Kalma, Merry Teas): your email address and your consent.
Inquiry forms (Nexus Hire, Nexus Consulting): the details you enter, such as your name, email, company, the role or topic, your time zone and your message, and your consent.
Forms also contain a hidden anti-spam field. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this website.

Why we use it

Waitlists: to email you when that product launches.
Inquiries: to reply to you and, if you choose, to arrange the service you asked about.

We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

Who processes it

Form submissions are collected and stored by Netlify Forms. Netlify, Inc. hosts this website and processes submissions for us under its data processing terms; it may process data in the United States and other countries. Form notifications and our replies pass through our email provider. Like any web host, Netlify also processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the website.

How long we keep it

Waitlist emails: until the product launches and we have emailed you, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Inquiries: for as long as needed to handle your request, and at most 24 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) you have the right to be informed, to access, to object, to correct, to erase or block, to data portability, and to claim damages. If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom or California, you have similar rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR or CCPA, including access, correction, deletion and objection. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising.

To use any of these rights, email support@dblnexus.com. We will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines (privacy.gov.ph) or to the data protection authority where you live.

Unsubscribing

Reply to any of our emails, or write to support@dblnexus.com, and we will remove you.

Changes

If this notice changes, we will post the new version here with a new date.
