Report a problemFrequently asked questions
How do I delete my data?
Open Profile and tap “Delete all my data”. This erases your progress, plans and certificates from your device. There is no account, so there is nothing else to delete on our side.
Do I need an internet connection?
No. Lessons, Panic mode steps and the chat work offline. Calling an emergency number still needs your phone’s network.
The app shows the wrong hotlines for my country.
If you allowed location, the app uses it on your device to pick your country’s hotlines. If a number looks wrong, please report it with your country and the number shown, so we can check it against official directories.
I found a mistake in the Tagalog text.
Please use Report a Tagalog translation. Lessons are in English for now; menus, chat and Panic mode steps are in Tagalog.
Is iSurvive free?
Yes, free with ads. Ads never appear on emergency screens.
Can my school, LGU or company use iSurvive?
Yes. Organisations can switch Marichu mode off for a neutral voice. Write to support@dblnexus.com.
